At the conclusion of this activity, the learner will be better able to:
Identify the clinical features and age-related presentations of atopic dermatitis.
Apply evidence-based diagnostic criteria and treatment strategies for patients with atopic dermatitis based on disease severity, lesion location, and response to prior therapies.
Select appropriate treatment options, including topical therapies, systemic agents, and biologic treatments, to reduce disease flares and improve patient outcomes.
Collaborate with members of the interprofessional healthcare team to coordinate comprehensive, patient-centered management plans for individuals with atopic dermatitis.
