Apply evidence-based principles to evaluate, diagnose, and manage sacroiliitis to reduce pain, improve function, and optimize patient outcomes.
Differentiate sacroiliitis from other musculoskeletal, neurologic, and rheumatologic conditions that present with lower back, pelvic, or gluteal pain.
Implement evidence-based pharmacologic, rehabilitative, and interventional management strategies for patients with sacroiliitis.
Develop interprofessional communication and collaborative care strategies among clinicians, rheumatologists, physiatrists, orthopedic specialists, radiologists, physical therapists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to enhance diagnostic accuracy, treatment coordination, and patient outcomes.
